Emergency Flashlights

Sunday, March 1st, 2009

My father often told me that there are a couple of things each human should have available at any time. You can carry a folder in your purse of pocket, or perhaps even a little fixed blade on your belt. This is unimportant because you are not toting it around to light an emergency flashlight.

Most likely you may like a compact one since this makes them simpler to carry. For ladies it isn’t sweat to paste these 3 safety / emergency devices in their purse. You can thank Heavens you have one when the situation demands it.

Even if it’s only a single time in your lifetime, it’s worthwhile. Now, the issue is ; are you going to go with a Maglite flashlight or a Surefire? Back when I used to be a kid, it was all about the Maglite flashlight. This name was trusted and still is today by many . Not to mention law enforcement always carried the Maglite flashlight during the past. It was fundamentally standard issue where I lived.

I should know since I grew up with a pa in law enforcement. However, now days things are rather different. I could no longer tell you what law enforcement officials tote around every day. But, I am able to tell you that I like the Sure flashlight over the classic Maglite flashlight.

Firstly, the Sure lights run on lithium batteries and possess a more robust bulb. They shine a beam up to six times stronger than your standard flashlight. In reality it’s superb for blinding an attacker in the dark. This makes them terribly tricky, but light-weight at the same time. Sure definitely run higher, but you get what you pay for.
